Our company is headquartered in DEVA, a modern and industrial city, located in Hunedoara Country, near the forests of Transylvania. The city of DEVA was considered, since the Middle Ages, an important military and economic center; its strategic position, in the heart of Romania and its proximity to areas rich in raw materials, favored the multiplication of production units on its territory.

SC SarmisMob SA was founded in 1990, through the conversion of a company called the Wood Processing Company - Deva The company was originally owned by the Romanian state, was focused on the production of furniture and other various wood products. In 1999 it was privatized and acquired by a group of shareholders / entrepreneurs. Immediately after that, the new management of the company, by introducing new investments and in the vision of internationalization of products, decided to start the production of solid wood coffins and to start a phase of technological and structural updating. In a few years, important commercial successes have been achieved, managing, at the same time, to maximize the production of coffins, appreciated by customers and being a pride of zonal production, through the results obtained in the wood processing industry. Currently, SarmisMob is known nationally and internationally and has decided to invest in the new brand, which will allow to highlight later the quality and professionalism that characterizes it.

S.C SARMISMOB S.A is one of the most important coffin and pellet factories in Europe, operating on an area of over 70,000 m2, of which 25,000 m2 are covered for production halls, mechanical workshop, thermal power plant, dry timber warehouses, warehouses materials and raw materials and offices. The more than 250 qualified employees have at their disposal the best technologies for transforming raw wood into the best and most famous coffins, achieving an annual production of over 100,000 pieces, in over 100 models, all made entirely of solid wood. All employees have a double task: the execution of quality works and the control of the quality of the works, having at hand the latest technology equipment and installations from the beginning of the flow to the finishing phase.
